I’ve know Leonard Curran in his role as a lawyer since the mid-70s. Since then he’s been the most conscientious and courteous lawyer I’ve EVER known. He’s now my father’s lawyer and as dad’s power of attorney, I’ve accompanied dad to his appointments with Leonard and witnessed the courteous and good-natured legal advice he provides. Used C&F for the closing of our home purchase in Ottawa. The team was very proffessional and able to complete my requests very quickly in response to our time compressed schedule for our move. They are on the CF IRP BGRS TPSP list and are able to bill directly which was one less thing to worry about on an already stressful move.
